Key Responsibilities :
CRM Management
• Implement and optimize the CRM system.
• Maintain accurate customer and property databases.
• Ensure data quality.
Lead Management
• Receive, qualify, and assign incoming leads.
• Monitor response times and follow-ups.
Sales Operations
• Monitor broker performance and sales pipeline.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Coordinate sales meetings.
Marketing Coordination
• Track campaign performance.
• Coordinate with marketing partners.
• Maintain marketing budgets.
Reporting & Business Analysis
• Prepare dashboards.
• Develop KPI reports and sales forecasts.
• Provide management insights.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent English communication.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience creating SOPs and reports.
• Ability to work with senior management.
