Commercial Manager

Mitra Data Lab is seeking a Commercial Manager for our client, Kandang Juragan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop business opportunities for cattle and meat across B2C and B2B segments.
• Prepare sales offers, pricing, and promotional programs aligned with business objectives and market needs.
• Lead and develop the online and offline Sales Team to achieve sales targets.
• Analyze the market, customers, and competitors to identify business opportunities.
• Conduct pitches and negotiations with prospective clients and strategic business partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or Animal Science preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, including 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong leadership and a target-oriented mindset.
• Analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making.
• Knowledge in digital marketing is a plus.
