- Leading a group of either outsource or internal commercial HORECA team
- Strategize, elaborate and exercise how to penetrate HORECA channels
- Methodically track the team progression and consistently align them to the target
- Achieve sales target including volume, value and any quantitative or qualitative target set by management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Supervisor level in the HORECA sales, F&B industry or commercial related role
- Candidate must possess at least Associate Degree
- Having good knowledge in HORECA channel
- Comfortable with data gathering and advance in excel
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree
- Have a hospitality background is a plus
