Deskripsi pekerjaan Commercial Lead (Hotel) Tanihub
- Identify business prospects and sell Fresh products & services as Clients’ solutions
- Handle end to end client relationship - Acquisition, pitching, closing the deals to account management
- Responsible for account planning, building sales pipeline, revenue forecast, pricing & attain sales target
- Identify opportunities to grow the channel by having visibility into clients’ short / long term plans.
- Provide strategic plans or programs to grow sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Finance, Supply chain, etc) in order to generate the best product/service for Clients and Company.
- A track record of effectively building and maintaining relationships with clients and key partners within the industry (Hotel).
- Ability to communicate effectively, good understanding of product & service and convince the related Hotel stakeholders (purchasing, chef, and others).
- Comfortable working under specified target and timeline
- Minimum education requirements of D3/S1
- Ability to work independently as well as a team
- Background of working in the FMCG industry/distributor. Have previous experience selling Fresh product (Fruit, Vegetables, Frozen) would be preferred.
- At least previous 3 years experience in the Supervisor level of food service.
