Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Maritime, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial role.
- Experience in ship agency, vessel services, maritime logistics, offshore support, or B2B service industry is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales pipeline development.
- Strong understanding of ship agency service flow and maritime client needs.
- Ability to translate market opportunities into qualified revenue pipelines.
- Strong networking capability within port, vessel, and offshore ecosystem.
- High resilience, agility, and persistence in the commercial follow-up process.
- Strong sense of urgency in converting leads into meetings and RFQ opportunities.
