COMMERCIAL COORDINATOR
PT Thuan Hai Indonesia | Jakarta | IDR 8–12 million/month
PT Thuan Hai Indonesia is a subsidiary of Thuan Hai Energy (Vietnam) — specializing in industrial boiler operation services for manufacturing plants across Southeast Asia. We are looking for a Commercial Coordinator reporting directly to the CEO.
Key responsibilities:
• Service THI's existing customers: track monthly output, reconcile invoices and receivables, handle complaints, organize periodic meetings, and visit customer sites.
• Research and prepare analytical briefs on potential customers per CEO direction.
• Prepare commercial document packages (proposals, quotations, pitch slides) for new deals.
• Support BD administration and maintain the company's marketing documents.
Requirements:
• WNI, S1/D3 in Business/Accounting/Finance/Engineering/Marketing/Economics.
• 1–4 years of experience as Sales Coordinator/Bid Coordinator/Pre-sales/Tender Admin/Market Researcher at B2B industrial companies. Fresh graduates with strong financial foundations will be considered.
• Analytical thinking, attention to numerical detail.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel — aesthetic sense in document presentation.
• Solid English (TOEIC 650+ or equivalent).
• Willing to travel 1–2 days/month.
