As a Commercial Associate, you will support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets by helping convert leads into bookings for event spaces, creative services, and sponsorships, while assisting in streamlining the commercial booking process, developing new service packages, coordinating with internal departments and external partners, analyzing member trends to support marketing strategies, and ensuring smooth communication of commercial initiatives across teams.
Qualification needed:

- Problem-solving ability.
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); CRM tools is a plus.
- English proficiency is a plus.

Key results for this position:
- Support commercial revenue target (IDR 150M/month or IDR 450M/quarter) through products, services, or sponsorship.
- Convert 70% of leads (Outbound) into actual bookings (event space, photoshoot, creative services).
- Help implement and streamline the commercial booking flow across teams.
- Assist in developing new service bundles every semester with relevant added value.
- Coordinate with internal teams and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Respond to inbound/outbound inquiries and drive conversions across locations.
- Ensure effective internal communication of commercial initiatives.
