Are you detail-oriented and passionate about cosmetic product development? Join our team as a Color Matcher Process and play an important role in ensuring new products are ready before mass production.
Job Responsibilities:
- Verify and monitor product trial processes before mass production
- Coordinate process planning and execution for new product testing
- Ensure product color, texture, and appearance match approved standards
- Conduct evaluations during trial production and identify any process issues
- Collaborate with R&D, Production, QA, and related teams to ensure smooth product development
- Prepare trial reports and process verification documentation
- Support improvement and optimization of manufacturing processes
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Experienced in cosmetic manufacturing industry is preferred
- Understanding of cosmetic production flow and product trial process
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work cross-functionally
- Familiar with color adjustment and product consistency
- Good communication and coordination skills
