Job Purpose:
To carry out collection activities and ensure the effective recovery of overdue payments or company assets, including batteries and electric vehicles (EV bikes), as well as supporting the monitoring and resolution of traffic e-ticketing (ETLE) issues related to company fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct collection activities for customers with overdue payments.
- Conduct field visits to follow up on outstanding payments and the return of company assets, including batteries and electric vehicles (EV bikes).
- Perform asset retrieval or recovery in accordance with company procedures.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules for collection activities.
- Communicate and negotiate with customers regarding the resolution of overdue payments.
- Handle field issues, including customers who are difficult to contact, refuse to make payments, or refuse to return company assets.
- Ensure all asset retrieval and return documentation, such as handover forms (BAST), is completed accurately and properly.
- Check and monitor asset locations using GPS or available tracking systems.
- Prepare regular reports on collection activities, field visits, and asset recovery.
- Report field issues or cases requiring further action to the supervisor.
- Assist with routine checking and follow-up of electronic traffic fines (ETLE) related to company vehicles.
- Collect information and clarification regarding traffic violations from users or responsible parties.
- Coordinate with the Admin and Operations teams to ensure traffic fine and ETLE data is properly recorded and followed up.
- Assist in the timely settlement and documentation of valid traffic fines.
- Perform other duties related to collection and operational activities as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in collection, debt collection, asset recovery, operations, or a similar role.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to conduct fieldwork and customer visits.
- Must possess a valid SIM A (Indonesian driver's license for four-wheeled vehicles).
- Familiarity with GPS or vehicle tracking systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work with targets and under pressure.
- Good administrative and reporting skills.
- Willing to travel or conduct site visits as required by operational needs.
