Key Responsibility:
Technical & Service Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to B2B clients regarding Install, inspect, maintain, and repair semi-automatic and fully automatic coffee machines.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Diagnose technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
- Calibrate coffee machines to ensure consistent brewing quality according to standards.
- Handle troubleshooting for breakdowns both on-site and remotely when required.
- Replace faulty parts and ensure proper machine reassembly and testing.
- Maintain service records, maintenance reports, and spare parts usage documentation.
- Provide basic operational training and technical explanations to customers or operators.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate with the service team and sales team regarding technical support and after-sales service.
Inventory Management Responsibilities
- Manage inventory of coffee machines, spare parts, tools, and accessories.
- Record all incoming and outgoing items accurately in the inventory system.
- Conduct regular stock opname and physical inventory audits.
- Prepare machines and spare parts for installation, delivery, or service activities.
- Support documentation for warranty claims and spare part usage.
Job Requirements:
- Experience working in a B2B context and understanding the dynamics of client relationships.
- Strong communication skill.
- Technical expertise in coffee equipment maintenance with proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of coffee machine models, including espresso machines, auto coffee machines and grinders.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges
- Must have SIM C, and willing to work shifts.
- Fluency in English & have SIM A will be an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of coffee beans, and roast profiles will be an advantage.
