About the Role
Koding Next Bali is looking for enthusiastic Coding Teachers to join our education team. You will teach children and teenagers aged 4–16 years old in a classroom environment and help develop their interest in technology and problem-solving.
Candidates from any academic background are welcome, as long as they have an interest in education and are willing to learn. Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
• Teach coding and technology-related lessons to students aged 4–16 years old.
• Deliver lessons according to the provided curriculum and teaching materials.
• Create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
• Explain concepts clearly and adapt teaching methods to different students.
• Monitor students' progress and provide appropriate guidance.
• Communicate professionally with students, parents, and the Koding Next team.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe learning environment.
• Participate in teacher training and professional development activities.
Requirements
• Minimum S1 (Bachelor's Degree) in any field.
• Good spoken and written English is required.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Teaching experience is preferred but not required.
• Fresh graduates and current undergraduate students are welcome to apply.
• Patient, responsible, communicative, and comfortable working with children.
• Willing to work on weekends when required.
