Deskripsi pekerjaan Coal & Bulk Petrochemical Trader PT Joyowo Geo Indonesia
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage trading activities for coal, petrochemical products, and other bulk commodities in domestic and international markets.
2. Identify potential suppliers, buyers, distributors, and business partners.
3. Conduct market research and monitor commodity prices, supply-demand conditions, and market trends.
4. Source commodities and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and commercial terms.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers and suppliers.
6. Handle the full trading process from product sourcing, price negotiation, contract negotiation, order coordination, to delivery completion.
7. Prepare quotations, commercial offers, trading proposals, and contract-related documents.
8. Coordinate with logistics, shipping, finance, legal, and other internal/external parties to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
9. Monitor contract performance, shipment schedules, payment status, and potential commercial risks.
10. Achieve trading targets and generate business opportunities in line with company objectives.
11. Maintain accurate records of trading activities, customer information, suppliers, contracts, and transactions.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 3–5 years of relevant experience in commodity trading, particularly coal, petrochemical, oil & gas, chemicals, or bulk commodities.
3. Experience in B2B trading, sourcing, business development, or commodity sales is highly preferred.
4. Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
5. Good understanding of commodity trading processes and international/domestic trade.
6. Strong supplier and customer relationship management skills.
7. Good analytical skills with the ability to understand market trends and pricing.
8. Good communication and coordination skills.
9. English proficiency is required; Mandarin would be an advantage.
10. Willing to work in South Jakarta.
Commission
Commission will be provided based on the percentage of contract value, subject to company policy and transaction performance.
