Language Competency :
- Fluent in grammar, vocabullary, and pronunciation
- Have relevant certification (e.g. TOEFL/IELTS/TEFL/TESOL)
- Able to use active english (Speak and Written)
Pedagogical Competency :
- Can explain material clearly and simply. Using a variety methods (role play, games, discuse,etc)
- Able to adapt teaching methods to the age an level student
- Encourage student to actively speak English
Qualifications:
- Proven experience teaching kindergarten/PG to SHS
- Prepare lesson plans & materials before teaching
- Open to evaluation and feedback
- Able to write,read and speak English
