We are looking for a passionate and creative Part-Time Arts & Children Experience Lead to join our growing team at Karya Arts & Crafts Studio!
About Us
Karya Arts & Crafts is a vibrant arts and crafts studio specializing in creative activities for children. We offer a unique space where young minds can explore their artistic talents through hands-on play and learning in a fun, multicultural environment.
What You'll Do:
Plan, design, and lead engaging arts & crafts activity sessions for children
Create age-appropriate lesson plans and creative activity programs
Guide and instruct children through hands-on creative projects in a fun and encouraging way
Adapt activities to suit different age groups, learning styles, and cultural backgrounds
Ensure a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment at all times
Communicate effectively with parents, nannies, and international guests
Collaborate with the team to develop new and exciting activity ideas
Maintain and organize art supplies and materials
What We're Looking For:
Female candidate
Background in Education, Fine Arts, Art Education, or related field
Proven experience as a teacher, art instructor, or creative facilitator
Experience working with children is a must
Creative, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about arts and child development
Patient, warm, and able to connect with children of various ages and backgrounds
Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment
English is a must (conversational minimum) — other languages are a plus
Flexible and available for part-time shifts
