Co-Host Live Streaming
Job Description
- Assist the Host during live streaming sessions to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Respond to customer inquiries, manage live interactions, and support sales closing.
- Promote ongoing campaigns, vouchers, and special promotions during live sessions.
- Prepare products and live streaming equipment before each session and operate live features when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability and order-related issues.
- Prepare post-live reports and provide recommendations to improve live streaming performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK), Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Experience as a Co-Host, Live Streaming Assistant, Customer Service, or Sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and positive attitude.
- Familiar with TikTok Live, Shopee Live, or other live commerce platforms.
- Able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and achieve sales targets.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends when required.
- Basic English communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency are an advantage.
