1. Minimal pendidikan D3 teknik
2. Memiliki pengalaman selama 1 tahun di posisi yang sama, diutamakan di bidang telekomunikasi tower
3. Mampu berkoordinasi dan berkomunikasi dengan baik
4. Memahami RAB dan As Plan Drawing
