Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nightclub Supervisor role based in Kuta. The Nightclub Supervisor oversees nightly operations, including floor supervision, guest flow, table management, and coordination with bar, kitchen, and security teams to ensure a smooth and safe guest experience. The role includes monitoring staff performance, providing guidance and support, managing shift schedules, and ensuring compliance with venue policies and local regulations. The Nightclub Supervisor handles guest inquiries and escalated concerns, maintains high service standards, and helps implement promotional events and activities in line with brand guidelines. The role also involves reporting operational issues, assisting with inventory control, and working closely with management to improve processes and overall guest satisfaction.
General Qualification :
- Minimum 1ā2 years of supervisory role experience in high-end nightlife establishments
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced and high demand environment
- Engaging personality with solid leadership background to lead diverse team members
- Understands exceptional customer experience and held high professional work ethics
