The role of Club Server at ShiShi Bali involves providing excellent customer service to guests in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking drink and food orders, serving beverages and meals efficiently, maintaining cleanliness of the dining and bar areas, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Club Servers are also expected to work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service. This position requires a friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.

Candidates for the Club Server position must have completed SMA/SMK education and possess between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry. Experience in Chinese Restaurant, Customer Service, Western Restaurant, Barbecue Restaurant, or Restaurant Reception is highly preferred. Applicants should be able to communicate effectively, work well in a team, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service.
