The role of Waitress & Waiter and Club Server involves providing excellent customer service in a lively and interactive setting. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure, communicate effectively, and contribute to a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This position requires attention to detail, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Candidates must be female and have completed SMA/SMK education. Strong customer service skills, the ability to work in a team, and basic knowledge of the F&B industry are essential.
