The Club Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall daily operations of the PadelPro club, ensuring smooth and efficient club activities while maintaining high standards of service, facility quality, customer satisfaction, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the PadelPro club, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead, supervise, and manage club staff, including scheduling, task allocation, performance monitoring, and team development.
- Ensure the club consistently delivers excellent customer service and maintains high service standards.
- Manage court bookings, scheduling, club activities, events, and daily operational arrangements.
- Monitor and maintain the condition, cleanliness, safety, and overall quality of club facilities and equipment.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, customers, communities, and business partners.
- Oversee membership administration, customer retention, and member engagement initiatives.
- Support and execute sales and marketing initiatives to drive membership growth, court utilization, and overall club revenue.
- Monitor club revenue, sales performance, operational costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, health and safety standards, and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with management and other departments to support the achievement of PadelPro's business objectives.
- Take initiative in identifying opportunities to improve club operations, services, customer experience, and revenue performance.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years in guest-facing roles at high-end restaurants, 5-star hotels, or premium hospitality brands (front office, guest relations, or fine-dining floor management).
- A genuine service mindset — able to anticipate member needs, remember preferences, and make every visit feel personal rather than transactional.
- Experience handling VIP or repeat guests, where the goal was making people want to come back, not upselling or hitting new-sign-up targets.
- Strong composure and grace under pressure — able to smooth over a scheduling hiccup or service issue without it denting the member relationship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the polish expected in luxury hospitality settings.
- Comfortable learning day-to-day operational systems (court booking, scheduling) — this can be trained; service instinct can’t.
- Organized and detail-oriented, used to SOPs and consistent quality standards.
