Deskripsi pekerjaan Club Manager PADI Padel Club
The Club Manager is our first and most critical hire. You will build this club's operations from the ground up — assembling the team, writing the SOPs, setting up systems, and ensuring we open on time. This is not a maintenance role; it's a builder role. You report directly to ownership and are the single point of accountability for everything that happens on the floor.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- End-to-end club operations across 7 courts, 06:00–24:00, two shifts daily
- Build and lead the full team: supervisors, front desk, coaches, maintenance
- Write and implement all SOPs — court ops, front desk, cleaning, emergency, finance
- Set up and manage the booking system including pricing and payment integration
- Oversee member experience from first booking to on-court — resolve complaints, enforce standards
- Manage daily revenue reporting, petty cash, shift handovers, and incident logs
- Coordinate with Binus university facilities team for all campus operational matters
- Liaise with 3rd party tenants (pro shop, F&B) to ensure seamless daily integration
- Report directly to ownership with weekly performance updates
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years in sports facility, gym, hotel, or hospitality operations management
- Proven experience managing a team of 10+ people across multiple shifts
- Can build a system from scratch — not just maintain an existing one
- Hands-on and present on the floor, not a desk manager
- Comfortable with basic financial reporting and daily cash reconciliation
- Bonus: padel, tennis, or racket sports facility operations experience
- Bonus: familiar with padel court booking platforms and POS systems
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working English is a plus
WHAT YOU GET
- Founding team member status — you help shape this club's DNA from day one
- Competitive salary + performance bonus tied to membership growth targets
- Complimentary court access and equipment use
- Clear growth path as the padi. brand expands beyond Kemanggisan
