Requirements:
- Previous experience in club management or similar roles.
- Experience in budgeting, financial tracking, and managing membership payments.
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising and motivating staff.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage daily operations and maintain a smooth, welcoming environment.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and legal regulations for clubs.
- Proficient in using club management software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Knowledge or experience in playing Padel is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the club, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment for members and staff.
- Monitor and track club finances, including budgeting, membership payments, and expenses.
- Supervise and motivate staff, ensuring high-quality customer service and adherence to club standards.
- Develop and implement programs to engage members and increase club participation.
- Maintain facility cleanliness, safety, and organization at all times.
- Handle member inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Assist in marketing and promotional efforts to grow membership and visibility of the club.
- Experience in financial management and familiarity with reporting systems.
