📌 What’s this role about?
We’re looking for an experienced manager to lead daily operations, grow our community, and bring events to life — while also helping drive business growth and performance of the club.
📌 We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience in management, operations, and event planning
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knows how to play padel and understands sports club systems (Reclub is a plus)
• Is able to manage the day-to-day operations of the padel facility
• Has the ability to organize and execute events, tournaments, and community activities
• Understands business development and how to increase revenue and court bookings
• Has experience or the ability to secure sponsorships and build partnerships with brands
• Has a passion for sports, community building, and hospitalityWe’re looking for someone who:
