Job Description :
Drive sales and business development activities for Credit Life Protection (CLP) / Credit Life Insurance products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Bank Mandiri and other strategic partners.
Support business growth across Consumer Loan, Micro Business, and related financing channels.
Conduct regular visits to branches and business partners to monitor performance and identify opportunities.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports and business analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Underwriting, Claims, etc.) to ensure smooth business processes and issue resolution.
Deliver product knowledge and business updates to stakeholders.
Monitor market penetration and contribute strategic initiatives to achieve business targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Bancassurance, Insurance, or Financial Services or Insurance.
Preferably experienced in:
Micro Business / Micro Lending
Credit Life Insurance (AJK)
Banking or Bancassurance Industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Target-oriented with proven sales achievement.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Possess analytical thinking and reporting capabilities.
Hold LOMA/AAMAI certification is an advantage.
Own a personal vehicle and willing to travel for business purposes.
