Cloud Solutions Architect

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer Engagement: Collaborate with local and global sales teams to identify potential customers, understand their business challenges, and uncover opportunities for cloud solutions.
• Cloud Strategy Development: Work with customers to define cloud adoption strategies, migration roadmaps, and modernization plans that align with their business objectives.
• Solution Design: Develop tailored cloud solutions, incorporating migration, scalability, and optimization strategies, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
• Technical Expertise: Address customer questions and concerns by providing in-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, architectures, and best practices.
• Proposal Development and Presentation: Create compelling proposals, solution blueprints, and presentations that articulate the value and benefits of cloud solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with internal stakeholders and technology partners to optimize solution offerings and support the successful conversion of opportunities.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Evaluate potential risks and challenges associated with cloud adoption and provide actionable strategies to mitigate them.
• Documentation: Produce clear and detailed documentation to ensure a smooth transition from presales to delivery teams, enabling efficient implementation of proposed solutions.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, cloud technologies, and competitive solutions, and incorporate these insights into customer engagements and solution development.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a presales or consulting role, with a strong focus on cloud technologies, solutions, and migrations.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, with a solid understanding of cloud architectures, migration strategies, and modernization practices (Data Analytic and GenAI is a plus).
• Solutioning Skills: Proven ability to design, document, and present tailored solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences effectively.
• Proactive Mindset: Self-starter with the ability to anticipate challenges, take initiative, and drive opportunities from discovery to closure with minimal supervision.
• Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams, customers, and technology partners to deliver successful outcomes.
• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud adoption, migration and modernization.
