Role Overview:
You will design, build, and deploy scalable cloud solutions, integrating multi-cloud environments as well as hybrid cloud and on‑premise environments. This role requires strong technical depth, capability to lead cross-team collaboration, and experience in driving architecture decisions that impact multiple systems and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud platform solutions
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure and platform environments across hybrid architectures
- Develop proof-of-architecture (PoA) solutions to validate design viability, security, and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
- Analyze and optimize cloud architectures for cost efficiency, resilience, and operational performance
- Drive key technical decisions and provide solutions to complex, multi-team challenges
- Mentor team members and promote best practices in cloud engineering and DevSecOps
- Continuously improve deployment processes, automation strategies, and engineering standards
Core Qualifications:
- Experience in 8+ years in related role
- Strong experience in cloud application architecture and platform service design
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud
- Proven ability to design and operate hybrid (cloud + on-premise) architectures
- Working knowledge of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and operational excellence frameworks
- Strong knowledge of cloud security architecture, including identity, network security, and data protection
- Ability to optimize cloud solutions for cost efficiency, performance, and resilience
- Strong understanding of AI/GenAI capabilities and limitations and their application in engineering workflows
- Ability to apply Responsible AI principles (security, privacy, fairness, and governance) in solution design and delivery
- Ability to lead solution design across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Experience mentoring engineers and promoting engineering best practices
Preferable Qualifications:
- Certifications such as GCP Professional Cloud Architect, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Experience in enterprise-scale multi-cloud transformation or migration program Industry
