Deskripsi pekerjaan Cloud Devops Engineer (ASAP Joiner) PT Sigma Global Teknologi

Focus: Cloud Infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Automation & L2 Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environments.
Develop automation for infrastructure provisioning, patching, configuration, and repetitive operational tasks.
Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
Develop and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines integrated with GitLab.
Provide L2 support for production/non-production incidents, including troubleshooting and RCA.
Manage Kubernetes workloads: Pods, Deployments, Services, Ingress, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Nodes, and resources.
Operate Tencent Kubernetes Engine (TKE), including cluster/node pool management and troubleshooting.
Support monitoring, alerting, logging, and automated remediation.
Maintain Git/GitLab repositories, operational scripts, runbooks, and documentation.
Automate ITSM workflows such as ticket routing, SLA tracking, and operational notifications.
