• L2 OpenStack Support Engineer

Job Description

1. Provide Level 2 support for OpenStack cloud infrastructure.
2. Perform advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution.
3. Maintain system stability and availability in production environments.
4. Support cloud operations and infrastructure maintenance.
5. Collaborate with engineering teams for issue escalation and resolution.
6. Participate in on-call support rotation.

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years experience in OpenStack support.
2. Strong Linux administration skills.
3. Solid understanding of OpenStack components (Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Keystone).
4. Certification such as Red Hat Certified System Administrator in Red Hat OpenStack or Certified OpenStack Administrator is preferred.
5. Experience handling production environments.

2. Working Arrangement: Remote (Jakarta-based) + On-call

• L1 OpenStack Support Engineer

Job Description

1. Perform system monitoring and operational support.
2. Handle first-level troubleshooting and ticket management.
3. Monitor alerts and infrastructure performance.
4. Escalate complex issues to L2 team.
5. Maintain operational documentation.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1–2 years experience in OpenStack or Linux support.
2. Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure and virtualization.
3. Linux administration knowledge required.
4. Red Hat Certified System Administrator in Red Hat OpenStack or OpenStack certification is an advantage.

• L2 Kubernetes / DevOps Engineer

Job Description

1. Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters.
2. Troubleshoot production issues and system performance.
3. Support CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.
4. Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and availability.
5. Work closely with development and infrastructure teams.

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years experience in Kubernetes / DevOps.
2. Strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
3. Solid Linux administration skills.
4. Experience with CI/CD tools and automation.
5. Certification such as CKA/CKAD or Red Hat OpenShift Administration preferred.

Job Description

1. Minimum 1–2 years experience in Kubernetes / DevOps support.
