The Sales Representative, also known as Product Sales Executive, will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of psychological and wellness products to both individual and corporate clients. Key responsibilities include identifying potential customers, building strong relationships with clients, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of sales activities, tracking customer interactions, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to enhance overall business performance. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to sales and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Candidates must have completed SMA/SMK education and possess between 1 and 3 years of experience in sales or related fields. Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Engagement, Sales Strategy, Sales and Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, B2C Sales, Communication Skills, Sales Management, B2B Sales, and Account Management are essential.
