We include: Special Needs School Therapy Center Early Intervention Program & Kindergarten to Primary 6.
Requirements:
• Master’s degree (S2) in Clinical Psychology or Child Psychology
• Valid or eligible for Indonesian professional registration (SIPP)
• Minimum 3 or 4 years of relevant clinical practice experience
• Strong experience in psychological and developmental assessments
• Proficient in standardized assessment tools (e.g., Bayley, Vineland, CARS, PEP-3, Denver)
• Demonstrated experience in case management within SEN or therapy center settings
• Training or experience in pediatric, neurodevelopmental, or inclusive practices. Certification in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) is a major plus
• Excellent clinical report-writing skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong ability in intervention planning, progress monitoring, and integrated care planning
• Experience in parent consultation and psychoeducation
• Proven ability to coordinate cases across therapy, school, and family systems
• High level of clinical professionalism and adherence to ethical standards
• Strong interpersonal skills with empathy and family-centered communication approach
• Commitment to confidentiality, data protection, and safeguarding requirements (mandatory training)
Key Responsibilities
• Team Leadership & Governance: Oversee the ABA therapy cycle for both onsite and home-visit teams. Review Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs), Behaviour Intervention Plans (BIPs), caseloads, and session tracking sheets before submitting them to the Clinical and Therapy Lead for final sign-off.
• Practitioner Work: Carry out clinical and functional behaviour assessments, write diagnostic reports within your scope, establish BIP recommendations, and manage your own clinical cases.
• Parent Training & Family Guidance: Provide behavioural parent training and family guidance regarding behaviour management and home-to-school carryover strategies.
• Escalation & Partnership: Supervise the ABA team regularly, ensuring field-safety protocols for home visits are met. Handle Level 1 concerns and escalate Level 2–3 concerns up to the Clinical and Therapy Lead. Partner with the Principal and Education Lead when adjusting student plans.
• Safeguarding & Records: Ensure absolute confidentiality of records and immediately escalate serious domestic safety or safeguarding concerns.
