We are currently representing a beauty and skincare company located in South Tangerang that is looking for a Clinic Supervisor position to join their team!
Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and service quality.
2. Allocate workforce and resources to achieve operational and sales targets.
3. Monitor inventory, product usage, and cost efficiency.
4. Lead, coach, and evaluate team performance and discipline.
5. Handle customer complaints and implement continuous improvements.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and healthcare regulations.
7. Oversee clinic readiness, scheduling, and operational reporting.
8. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to support business objectives.
Requirements:
✔ Have previous experience in a leadership role within an aesthetic or healthcare clinic.
✔ Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
✔ Proficient in administrative tasks and digital tools, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and other office productivity applications.
✔ Strong organizational skills and comfortable handling operational reports and documentation.
✔ Possess a commercial mindset and are capable of supporting clinic sales performance by identifying opportunities to achieve business targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
