Ready to step up and take charge of the clinic's day-to-day operations? One of our sister companies, Anterio Dental Clinic in Alam Sutera, needs a Supervisor to make sure clinic operations run smoothly, the team stays solid, and patients stay satisfied.
Job Desc:
- Supervise the team's daily work (nurses, admin, front office)
- Ensure clinic SOPs are properly implemented
- Handle escalated patient complaints
- Monitor medical equipment and supply stock
- Prepare operational reports and coordinate with management
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role, ideally in clinic/hospital/service industries
- Strong leadership, firm yet approachable with the team
- Familiar with working with SOPs and KPIs
- Problem solver, quick to handle unexpected situations
- Able to work on-site full time in Alam Sutera
