Deskripsi pekerjaan Clinic Supervisor (Jakarta Barat Area) Satu Dental
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple dental clinics to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
- Supervise clinic staff, including front office, dental assistants, and customer service teams.
- Monitor clinic performance, ensuring targets for revenue, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency are met.
- Implement and enforce company policies, SOPs, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate with dentists, management, and other stakeholders to enhance service quality.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure excellent patient care.
- Handle escalated patient concerns and operational challenges, providing quick and effective solutions.
- Monitor inventory and equipment maintenance, ensuring clinics operate smoothly.
- Prepare reports on clinic performance and suggest improvements to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in clinic operations, healthcare management, or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
- Knowledge of dental clinic operations and healthcare regulations is a plus.
- Willing to handling multiple branch.
