- Operational Management: Oversee all clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation to ensure optimal efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor a team of dental and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Patient Experience: Ensure an exceptional patient experience from initial contact through follow-up, addressing any issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the clinic’s budget, track financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, clinic policies, and industry best practices to maintain high-quality care and safety standards.
- Marketing & Growth: Collaborate on marketing strategies and initiatives to promote the clinic and attract new premium clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- 3 year experience as a Clinic Manager or in a similar managerial role within a dental or healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of clinic operations, including patient management systems and financial oversight.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse team and foster a positive work environment.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation, with experience in premium or luxury service environments preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with our diverse client.
