Empire Fit Club is a boutique fitness facility based in Indonesia, with locations in Jakarta. We specialize in fitness bootcamps, offering corporate, group, and private fitness training programs, along with team-building sessions and fitness retreats. Empire Fit Club is officially powered by ADIDAS and Pocari ION WATER Pocari Sweat Isotonic Drink.
We are currently looking to fill a position to support operations at one of our Empire Fit Club branches, namely the Client Succes Manager role.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Success Manager located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer retention efforts. The role involves analyzing customer needs, addressing concerns, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include handling client inquiries, conducting follow-ups, and implementing strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.

- Proficiency in Relationship Building
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in the fitness industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
