Deskripsi pekerjaan Client Solutions Lead - based in Jakarta only Justnile Sea Pte Ltd
- Act as the lead point of contact for all account matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the client succeed
- Manage a structured, targeted, and measurable prospecting process, adding new prospective clients to the pipeline on a consistent basis
- Conduct dynamic and well-informed on-line sales presentations and product demos for potential clients
- Build the product knowledge base/support data such as training materials, help articles, tutorials, videos, and FAQs
- Provide product training to increase customer product knowledge.
- Fluency in both Bahasa and English is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, Communications, or related academic area
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience in Sales or Business Development
- Proficient computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on superior PowerPoint skills
- Co-working Space with flexible work locations
