Role Summary
Client Services Executive bukan sekadar handle client namun juga Sales.
Role ini adalah advisor sekaligus revenue driver.
Tugas utama:
Menggali kebutuhan klien
Mengarahkan keputusan
Membangun trust
Dan mendorong klien menuju komitmen (deal)
Mayoritas klien adalah pengusaha & investor asing
π Bahasa Inggris WAJIB aktif (spoken & written)
Key Responsibilities
Melakukan discovery call dengan klien (dalam Bahasa Inggris)
Mengidentifikasi:
kebutuhan bisnis
urgensi
kesiapan finansial klien
Mengubah kebutuhan klien menjadi solusi yang terstruktur
Menyampaikan layanan dengan pendekatan value-based selling (bukan harga)
Membangun trust dan memandu klien dalam pengambilan keputusan
Menangani objection secara profesional dan strategis
Mengarahkan klien dari:
interested β serious β commit β onboarding
Melakukan follow-up secara konsisten dan persuasif
Berkolaborasi dengan tim Commercial untuk meningkatkan conversion
Menggunakan AI tools untuk:
analisa klien
komunikasi
pembuatan proposal
Traits Required (WAJIB ADA)
Bahasa Inggris aktif (spoken & written)
Komunikatif dengan presence sebagai advisor (bukan CS pasif)
Punya naluri bisnis (paham urgency & value)
Persuasif tapi tetap terstruktur (tidak asal jualan)
Tahan tekanan (client asing bisa demanding)
Cepat belajar (regulasi, bisnis, struktur perusahaan)
Punya ownership tinggi terhadap klien

Role Summary
The Client Services Executive is not a passive support role (Sales).
This is an advisory sales role focused on driving revenue through structured client engagement.
Your job is to:
Understand client needs
Frame the right solution
Build trust
Guide clients toward commitment
Our clients are primarily foreign entrepreneurs and investors
π Fluent English (spoken & written) is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
Conduct structured discovery calls in English
Identify:
business needs
urgency
financial readiness
Translate client needs into clear, structured solutions
Present services using value-based selling (not price-based)
Build trust and guide clients toward informed decisions
Handle objections with professionalism and strategy
Drive client movement from:
interest β seriousness β commitment β onboarding
Maintain consistent and persuasive follow-up
Collaborate with the Commercial team to improve conversion
Use AI tools to enhance:
client analysis
communication
proposal development
Required Traits
Fluent English (spoken & written) β mandatory
Strong communication with advisor-level presence
Commercial awareness (understanding value, urgency, decision-making)
Persuasive but structured (not pushy, but directional)
