Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries via phone, email, and CRM
- Provide timely, professional, and accurate responses to client requests
- Support financial advisers with the preparation and implementation of advice documents
- Coordinate client onboarding, reviews, and ongoing service meetings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within CRM
- Prepare forms, applications, and supporting documentation for product providers
- Liaise with superannuation funds, insurers, platforms, and other financial institutions
- Ensure all client interactions and documentation meet compliance requirements
- Assist in preparation for audits and compliance reviews
Requirements
- Open to all educational backgrounds; any major is welcome
- Excellent English (written & verbal) – is a must
- Currently living in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proactive, client-focused, and highly organized
- Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Experience as a Customer Service representative is a plus
