Fresh Factory is a Hyperlocal Cold Chain Fulfillment & Enabler, providing end-to-end cold chain logistics and fulfillment solutions across Indonesia. We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a Client Service Management.
Job Description:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
* Ensure customer needs and requests are fulfilled in a timely and professional manner.
* Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints while providing effective solutions.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution and service delivery.
* Monitor service performance and customer satisfaction levels.
* Prepare regular reports related to customer activities, service performance, and operational improvements.
* Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service quality.
Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Client Service, Customer Success, Customer Relationship, Account Management, or related roles.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Experienced in handling customer complaints and service recovery.
* Able to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and multitasking environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
* Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, FMCG, or E-commerce will be an advantage.
