Deskripsi pekerjaan Client Service Administration JCDC

JCDC is the first developmental family center in Indonesia to implement the DIR Floortime approach. Established in 2019, JCDC has served over 50,000 families both nationally and internationally. JCDC is dedicated to becoming a trusted partner for parents and individuals in navigating challenges in parenting, optimizing child development, supporting personal growth and mental health. By applying a transdisciplinary approach, JCDC emphasizes collaboration across multiple professional disciplines, enabling each individual to achieve their maximum potential.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Economics, Business, Finance and Accounting or a related field;
  2. A minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in Administrations/services;
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
  4. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive work ethic;
  5. A detail and focus oriented person is a must!
  6. IT proficiency is an advantage!
  7. Knowledge and familiar with Odoo system is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Organizing clients-practitioners schedule and its administrations for the session;
  2. Provide client services at the Front Desk (Information Center, CRM, and scheduling consultations);
  3. Organize payments and daily reporting to the Administrative Coordinator;
  4. Invoicing and accounting administration to support operational;
  5. Coordinate with other divisions to ensure smooth client session services.
