Job Summary:
The Client Representative Officer (Sales) serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and skilled at building strong professional relationships to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and manage all client appointments—from first-time meetings to follow-up fittings—by coordinating availability, sending reminders, and ensuring all necessary preparations are made.
- Serve as the first point of contact for existing and prospective clients.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) to fulfill customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven work experience in sales, client services, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
- Sales-driven with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in luxury or tailor menswear.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
