Are you a confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people, building client relationships, and working towards sales targets?
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Executive to join our remote team. You will be supporting clients throughout their mortgage financing journey, from initial enquiries and follow-ups to documentation and application coordination.
This is a client-facing, sales-driven role where you will be expected to manage follow-ups, identify suitable mortgage opportunities, and work towards monthly individual KPIs and sales targets.
No prior experience is required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and comprehensive training will be provided.

Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM SGT
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM SGT
What You Will Be Doing
Client Engagement
- Reach out to existing clients from our database and follow up on their mortgage financing needs
- Respond to client enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels
- Understand clients' requirements and provide relevant information on available mortgage options
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong, long-term client relationships
- Assist clients throughout the mortgage application and refinancing process
- Work towards monthly individual KPIs and sales targets
Mortgage Process Support
- Assist clients with the collection and submission of required documents
- Coordinate with relevant parties as needed throughout the mortgage process
- Follow up on application progress and outstanding documents
- Keep clients updated on important application milestones and requirements
Interest Rate & Market Updates
- Keep up to date with the latest mortgage interest rates and bank packages
- Monitor changes in bank policies, promotions and financing requirements
- Provide clients with accurate and timely information based on the latest available packages
Administration & Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system
- Update client information, follow-up statuses and application details
- Ensure documents and records are properly organised
- Assist with general administrative and operational tasks when required
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Mandarin or Chinese language skills are an advantage
- Comfortable communicating with clients over the phone
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a sales-driven, target-oriented environment
- Motivated to achieve monthly KPIs and sales targets
- Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
- Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple follow-ups
- Proactive, responsible and willing to learn
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer applications
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- No prior mortgage experience required; sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage
