Job Description:
- Handle incoming leads, walk-in prospects, and client inquiries in a professional and welcoming manner
- Provide clear information about studio services and programs
- Follow up inquiries and prospects to support client conversion
- Handle member and prospect complaints with empathy and appropriate solutions
- Manage Member and Instructor databases with complete, accurate, and well-organized records
- Record and monitor stock items, merchandise, and welcome packages properly
- Coordinate daily with the Accounting and Finance Department regarding studio reports
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, customer care, customer service, or client relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented, empathetic, and comfortable handling client inquiries
- Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Able to manage data and records accurately
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
- Willing to work shift schedules
