Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Respond to client inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
- Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate client records and prepare reports as required.
- Provide excellent customer service while representing the company's values and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Account Management, Sales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
