Join us if you are:
• Confident and adaptive in communicating with strangers, be it orally or through written communication channels (WhatsApp, email, phone call, etc.) in Indonesian and English.
• Warm, empathetic, and patient, willing to listen and provide first line of response when receiving inquiries from potential clients (who might be in a normal condition or in distress before they could be channeled to the therapists and services that match their needs.
• Organized, with excellent attention to details.
• Familiar with Excel, Google Sheet, Google Calendar, Google Forms, basically Google Drive features in general. Not a must, but will be a strong plus:
• An academic background in psychology, community health, or hospital management.
• Previous experience in client servicing and/or handling administrative work.
