Deskripsi pekerjaan Client Operations Associate (Freelance) PT Sonar Analitika Indonesia
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Daily monitoring and data coverage checking, scraping missing data, especially for priority clients experiencing a crisis or issue.
- Data injection, data maintenance, backdating, and quality assurance activities.
- Handling maintenance accounts and low-package clients with routine operational requests.
- Supporting campaign setup, issue resolution, and platform-related administrative tasks.
- Providing backup operational support during peak workload periods and client escalations.

Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in operational tasks.
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and repetitive processes while maintaining quality standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willing to handle operational, administrative, and client support-related activities.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willing to go to the office Mon-Wed (Hybrid)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or prior experience in operations, account management, customer support, customer success, data management, research, or related functions.
- Familiarity with social media monitoring, social listening, digital marketing platforms, or SaaS products.
- Basic understanding of data scraping, data quality assurance, or database management.
- Experience using ticketing, CRM, or project management tools is a plus.
