Deskripsi pekerjaan Client Onboarding Lead Alumak (Aspire Group)
- Lead the onboarding team and coach them into superstars. Develop team leads within your team to equip the organization for strong growth.
- Own the client onboarding metrics: Onboarding speed, approval rate, accuracy of verifications.
- Drive faster onboarding, ensure optimal operational availability and support our strong growth.
- Be on top of the day-to-day operations, proactively identify and troubleshoot blockers on a daily basis. Align with the leadership team and key stakeholders if needed.
- Collaborate with the teams in other departments and countries (customer success, product, compliance, etc.) to improve operations through new processes, better products, etc.
- Implement new compliance rules, new processes, product changes.
- Document all processes and own the process manual to make sure the team is always aligned on the rules to follow.
- Has minimum a bachelor's degree with outstanding academic records
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Has minimum 4 years working experience, with minimum 2 years experience managing team in a fast growing start-up company
- Is passionate about customers and has interest in providing the best onboarding experience
- Has the ability to grow, learn, and innovate (you will need to identify the top issues effectively, troubleshoot problems and create new solutions from scratch)
- 100% hands on & positive attitude (we believe in leading by example, and as a leader, you will be expected to participate in the day to day activities of your team)
- Strong knowledge in financial crime and compliance will be a plus
