Deskripsi pekerjaan Client Coordinator - Freight Forwarding PT Tera Forwarders Indonesia
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and verify import and export documents, including Bill of Lading (BL), Form E, Letter of Survey (LS), and Import Declaration (PIB), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Customs Clearance, and Transportation teams to ensure smooth and timely import and export processes.
- Ensure compliance with import and export regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Provide customers with timely and accurate shipment status updates throughout the shipping process.
- Verify shipment data and supporting documents to ensure compliance with applicable customs regulations.
- Liaise with overseas agents, shipping lines, and surveyors to ensure all shipment documents are properly prepared and completed.
QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain, Shipping, or Transportation.
- Strong understanding of domestic and international freight forwarding operations.
- Familiar with shipping and logistics documentation, including Bill of Lading (BL), Air Waybill (AWB), Delivery Order (DO), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (COO), and other related documents.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
