Job Description:
Ensuring the achievement of sales targets by monitoring daily operational activities in the department to support maximum target achievement and compliance with applicable procedures, thereby making an optimal contribution to store performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury retail, preferably with prestigious brands
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Well-groomed, polished appearance with a strong sense of professionalism and personal presentation
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent service etiquette and relationship-building skills
