For Medan Placement Only: Fluent in Mandarin (mandatory); Hokkien proficiency is highly preferred.
Qualification:
- Must hold a valid WPPE license
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Financial industry and Capital market
Job Description: - Identify and acquire new clients through prospecting and business development initiatives
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with communities, institutions, and business networks
- Conduct investment education sessions, seminars, and client engagement activities
- Develop and manage sales pipelines to achieve acquisition targets
- Convert qualified leads into active investment clients
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Collaborate with Marketing and internal stakeholders to execute acquisition campaigns
- Prepare periodic sales activity and acquisition reports
- Promote OCBC Sekuritas Indonesia's products and services to potential investors
- Stay updated on capital market trends and investment products
